Unique character of the building, Beautiful garden area, Proximity to public transportation
Limited evening dining options!!! Shared bathroom arrangements could lead to discomfort!!! Occasional noise issues were noticeable!!! The small kitchen facilities are not family-friendly!!! Long distance to central Birmingham might be inconvenient for some travelers!!!

Had an amazing stay with friends! We explored the guest lounge with games and had a great time at local attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts made us feel right at home. Totally recommend trying their scrambled eggs! Plus, they accommodated our late check-in, which was super helpful.
The only downside was some noise from outside, which made it a bit harder to sleep at times.
